From March to October

Check-in Process is made at Pure Salt Garonda Front-Desk, just 1-minute walking from the apartment: Carrer Mar Negra 2, 07610, Playa de Palma. The Front-Desk team will help you with check in process, and also will assist you with any doubt you may have.

From November to February

Checking-in at Pure Salt Residences cannot be easier and quicker with our Automatic Check In Machine situated in the lobby. Our Guest Manager will help you during all the check in process, contacting you before the arrival date to solve any doubt you may have, and assisting you at the time of check in if necessary. In case of any additional help, there is a person available 24/7.

Guests can quickly check-in at our Check-in Terminal located at reception, where they can also finalise the payment, secure the deposit and get the keys of the apartment. The terminal will also provide a list of useful information for the guests during their stay like use of the WIFI, contact details in case of an emergency and more.

To check in independently, guests only need 4 things:

(1) Access code, provided before arrival.

(2) Booking Number (it can be found on your booking reservation confirmation).

(3) IDs or passports of each one of the adults (For French/ Italian passports please contact us, as they are not accepted by the check-in terminal.)

(4) Credit or debit card

The automatic check-in machine will charge the balance of the stay (if any), the tourist tax and a deposit of 400 € which will be reimbursed if everything is in order at check out.

The check in machine is cashless and only accepts VISA and MASTERCARD.

Guests also have the options to check-out, receive a paperless invoice by email.



(1) The access code will give you access to the building throughout your entire stay. Do not forget it.

(2) Check in is available from 3pm, if you wish to check in earlier, please, contact us in advance.

(3) All guests of the apartment must check in at the same time.

Payment and Deposit:

(1) IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID THE TOTAL OF YOUR STAY IN ADVANCE, you will be required to pay the remaining balance of your stay and the tourist tax during the check in, as specified in your booking confirmation.

(2) A depositof 400 € is also required AND IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID IT BEFORE ARRIVAL, you have to pay it during the check in. If everything is in order at check out, you should receive the deposit back into your account within 48h from leaving (plus the time required by your bank to process the refund).
