You can book a Pure Salt Residences apartment on www.puresaltresidences.com . On the top right corner, you will find a button where you can choose the dates that best suits you. In 3 simple steps, your reservation will be made. For stays of 30 days or more, contact us directly for a personalised quote.
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
At the moment of the reservation, you will be asked to pay part of your reservation’s total price in order to secure your booking. During check-in, you will be asked to leave a deposit which is going to be securely stored and returned after check-out if nothing has been damaged in the apartments.
We need a credit card number to charge you the 30% of the total reservation price and to guarantee the reservation. The rest of the payment will be made directly at the property with credit card unless your reservation has been made at a special rate when fully pre-payment is required.
Payment can be done by card or bank transfer only. You can: (1) fully pre-pay your stay during your booking process on our website; (2) pay your stay with a bank transfer if you contact us directly by mail or phone; (3) pay the remaining amount at the automatic check-in machine located in the lobby. Bear in mind that Pure Salt Residences automatic check-in is cashless.
The touristic tax is a tax approved by the Balearic Parliament on stays in any tourist establishment in the Balearic Islands. This tax is not included on the price of your booking and has to be paid on arrival with our automatic check-in machine. The amount per person and per day is 4,40 € (VAT Included) for stays in High Season (From 01/05 to 30/10) and 1,10€ (VAT Included) for Low Season (01/11 to 30/04).
Pure Salt Residences offers different cleaning options according to the length of your stay: your apartment will be clean on arrival, with fresh linen and fresh towels. One or more complimentary cleaning will then be provided for stays of 8 or more nights. This additional cleaning usually takes place in the middle of your stay.
Every apartment also has its own cleaning cupboard where you’ll find everything you need for your daily routine (broom, etc) Please note that the apartment does not provide cleaning products (tablets for the dishwasher, washing detergents, etc).

If you book your stay on our website, you will be sent immediately an automated confirmation email with all the details of the reservation and everything you need to know about your stay. If you book directly with us on the phone of by email, you will receive the same confirmation email. If you don’t receive any confirmation email, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation policy may vary depending on the rate. You will find the cancellation policy applicable to your booking described in your booking confirmation email. If you have booked directly with us or on our website, contact us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be delighted to help you, or you can cancel your booking by clicking here. If you have booked a non-refundable rate or a special package that cannot be cancelled, your cancellation fee will be the total amount of the booking.

Unfortunately, Pure Salt Residences do not accept pets.
As per Spanish Law 42/2010 from 30/12/2010, all the indoor areas of the building are non-smoking. Therefore, the apartments are for non-smokers but you can smoke on the large terrace.
All our plug sockets are European. We recommend that you do bring an adapter for electronic devices from other regions.
Before arrival, you will be provided a code to enter the lobby. In the lobby, check-in and pick-up can be done through the automatic check-in machine. For more information and to require an appointment, visit our check-in page.
Apartments will be ready from 15:00 onwards and you are asked to check-out before 11:00.. Please note that it is not possible to check in before 15:00.
The automatic machine in the lobby of the building allows you to check-in at your best convenience starting from 3pm. It is not possible to checking in earlier with the automatic check in machine. If you have specific needs, please contact us.
From March to October, you can leave your luggage at the nearby Pure Salt Garonda (adults-only).

Please, call us as soon as possible and we will try to fix it or replace it if necessary, and reach an agreement regarding any costs. At check-out the apartment will be revised to secure everything is in place: only after this revision, your will be refunded of your deposit.
Arriving to Pure Salt Residences is very straightforward. From the airport, you can rent a car and follow the instructions we give you here. Another option is to take bus number 21 at the airport. Another possibility is to travel by taxi, which will cost you 17-20€.
Less than 100 metres from Pure Salt Residences you will find the bus stop for routes 15 and 25. These bus routes take you to the centre of Palma, a very tourist friendly city full of sightseeing and entertainment. Route number 25 takes you directly to Palma via the motorway. You can also take a taxi and it will cost approximately 18€.
Playa de Palma is a very excellent location to visit Mallorca and its main city, Palma. Close to the apartments, you will have several bus lines (15 and 25 to Palma city center, line 21 to and from the airport) and taxi station. Also, you can always rent an e-bike from Pure Salt Garonda and visit the local area by bike.
You can easily park near the building for free.
