We guarantee that if you book your stay directly with us on our website, you will find the lowest rates
To back up our guarantee, if you manage to source a cheaper room rate online for our apartments with another provider, we will match the lower price you have found.
Any “Lowest Price Guarantee” claim must satisfy the following criteria:
– Reservation must have been made direct through www.puresaltresidences.com
– Rate you have found lower on another website must have exactly the same reservation criteria than the reservation made on www.puresaltresidences.com (dates, room type, number of guests, rate terms and restrictions must be the same).
– Claim must be submitted within 24 hours of the original booking made at www.puresaltresidences.com.
– Claim must be accompanied by the booking confirmation email of the reservation made on www.puresaltresidences.com, the booking references number, the website address where the cheaper price has been found and a screenshot of the room and rate offer that clearly shows the criteria.
– Also, for your claim to be approved, the cheaper rate shown on the other website must continue to be available at the time of notification to our Reservation Department. If the lower rate is no longer available, the guarantee will not apply.
The lowest rate guarantee applies to room rates only and only to online rates available to the general public. Do not qualify to the Lowest Rate Guarantee the following:
– Group Rates,
– Wholesalers Rates,
– Corporate rates,
– Rates available on auction websites,
– Rates that do not disclose the hotel brand until the reservation is complete,
– Package rates
– Rates are compared net of any taxes (including VAT), gratuities or any other fees associated with the room rate. All rate comparisons are calculated in Euros. Given the constant currency fluctuations, we won’t take into consideration differences in price of less than 4€.
If your claim is approved:
– If you have pre-pay your stay, you will be reimbursed for the difference between the rate charged at the time of booking and the lower rate.
– If you have not pre-pay your stay, we will adjust the rate
Our Reservation Departments will reply within two working days and, if your claim is agreed, they will send you a confirmation with the new price and they will amend your booking accordingly.
